THURSDAY

• 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM: Early entry for racers participating in Friday’s private daytime test session.
  • Entry is limited to racers and their tow rig crew only.
  • No spectators will be admitted during this time.

FRIDAY

• 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Continued entry for Friday private test participants only.
  • Racers and tow rig occupants only — no spectators.
• 3:00 PM – Gates Open to Public
  • Upon arrival, all vehicles will be checked in at the road and directed to either the Racer Line or the Spectator Line.
  • Spectators with camping passes will be allowed into the campground starting at 10:00 AM, but general spectator access begins at 3:00 PM.

Entry Process:

• Prepaid Guests (with wristbands, passes, etc.):
  • Will be checked in while in line and may wait for gates to open at 3:00 PM.
• Racers:
  • Use the Racer Line, proceed to the Box Office to collect tech cards and other materials.
  • Return to your vehicles and wait for the 3:00 PM gate opening.
• Gate Flow at 3:00 PM:
  • Racers enter first, followed by spectators.
  • After the initial 3:00 PM entry wave, all arrivals will be processed first-come, first-served.

Please follow staff directions to ensure a smooth entry process.

• Show Cars: On track around 5:00 PM and 9:00 PM

SUNDAY

• 8:00 AM – Gates Open
• 9:00 AM – Time Trials Begin
• Eliminations to follow
